The “Señorio de Astobiza” Txakoli, is characterized for being a dry and fruity still white wine, with color, autochthonous character.
Our principal premise is quality. The txakoli is in the Apellation of Origin “Txakolí de Alava”.
Our vineyards are placed 200 meters high from the sea level, facing south and with continental climate. We took care to plant our vine-stocks in a wide frame of plantation obtaining this way a grape of great quality and excellent aroma.
We planted the grape varieties Hondarrabi Zuri, Petit Courbu and Gros Manseng.
